When Dr. Earl Pruyn opened his practice in 1949, western Montana ranchers and families needed one place they could trust with both the border collie and the cattle herd. That need never went away. Blue Mountain Veterinary Hospital & Surgery opened in 2003 to meet the growing demand — purpose-built for smooth care across all species, with diagnostic, surgical, and pharmacy capabilities on site.
Our veterinarians bring over 75 years of combined experience to every visit. Whether your dog needs a routine exam, your horse needs lameness evaluation, or your herd needs preventive care, we have the team and the equipment to get it right.
